YouTube Scheduler Bot
Queue your videos. They post themselves.
A Telegram bot that holds your videos and uploads them to your own YouTube channels at the times you set, so you can prepare a week of posts in one sitting and stop watching the clock.
Open the bot on TelegramWhat it does
A posting schedule
Set the times you want to post on each weekday, per channel. Anything you add takes the next free slot.
Send it anything
Upload a video file straight to the chat, or paste a link and let the bot fetch it. Twenty at a time is fine.
Several channels
Connect more than one YouTube channel and give each its own schedule, defaults and pause switch.
A real calendar
A calendar app inside Telegram shows the whole queue. Drag a video to a different time, edit its title, or remove it.
Nothing posts early
Your video stays on the server until its moment arrives, so cancelling means it never existed on your channel.
It tells you
You get a message with the link when a video goes live, and a clear reason if one does not.
How it works
- Open the bot on Telegram and connect a YouTube channel. You sign in with Google and choose the channel yourself.
- Set your posting times, or copy a schedule you already set up on another channel.
- Send your videos, as files or as links. Each one is shown against the slot it will take before anything is queued.
- Leave it alone. Each video is uploaded at its time and you get the link back.
What it asks permission to do
Connecting a channel asks Google for exactly two permissions, and nothing else:
- Upload videos to YouTube, used only to upload the videos you queued yourself.
- View your YouTube account, used only to read your channel's name and picture so the app can show which channel it is posting to, and to read the public view, like and comment counts of the videos it uploaded for you.
It does not delete videos, does not read your comments or private analytics, and does not touch any other Google service. You can take the permission back at any time from your Google account permissions page, or by disconnecting the channel inside the bot, which also deletes everything stored about it.
What it costs
Nothing. It is a personal project, run on one server, offered as is. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or Telegram.
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
How this bot itself handles your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
