What this bot stores about you, why it stores it, and how to get rid of it.

Who runs this service
YouTube Scheduler Bot (the Telegram bot @Clippingnewschedulebot) is operated by an individual as a personal project, not by a company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or Telegram.

What the service does
You send the bot videos, or links to videos. It holds each file on its server and uploads it to a YouTube channel you have connected, at a time you chose. Nothing is uploaded to YouTube until that moment arrives.
What is collected, and why

There is no advertising, no tracking, no analytics package, and no third-party cookies. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
What the bot is allowed to do on your YouTube account
When you connect a channel, you are asked for exactly two permissions:
youtube.upload- used only to upload the videos you have queued.youtube.readonly- used only to read your channel's name and picture, so the app can show which channel it is posting to, and to read the public view, like and comment counts of videos this bot uploaded.
The bot does not read or change anything else on your channel. It does not delete videos, does not read your private analytics, does not read comments, and does not touch any other Google service such as Gmail, Drive or Contacts.
Who else sees your data
- Google and YouTube, when your video and its details are uploaded, and when your channel name and public statistics are read. That data is then handled under Google's Privacy Policy.
- Telegram, which carries the messages between you and the bot. Files sent to the bot pass through Telegram's servers.
- The source website, if you paste a link, which is contacted to download the video you asked for.
Nobody else. Data is disclosed otherwise only if required by law.
How long things are kept
- Video files are deleted from the server as soon as the upload succeeds, unless the same file is still queued to another channel.
- A video file that nothing in your queue refers to any more is deleted within 14 days.
- A video that failed to upload keeps its file, so that you can retry it.
- Records of posted videos are kept as your history until you delete them or disconnect the channel.
- Your tokens are kept until you disconnect the channel or revoke access at Google.
Deleting your data
You are in control of all of it:
- Remove one video from the queue in the bot or the calendar app. Its record and its file both go.
- Disconnect a channel, from the bot's Channels screen or at the bottom of the Schedule tab in the calendar app. This deletes the channel, its schedule, every post record belonging to it, and its video files from the server, and asks Google to revoke the token.
- Revoke access directly at Google, at any time, from myaccount.google.com/permissions. The bot can no longer upload once you do.
- Email a deletion request to motrizzy1@gmail.com and everything associated with your Telegram user ID will be removed.
Security
The service runs on a single server. All traffic to it uses HTTPS. The database holding your tokens is readable only by the account the service runs under. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and no guarantee of absolute security is offered.
Children
This service is not directed at children and should not be used by anyone under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in their country.
YouTube API Services. This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's own handling of the data described above is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke this application's access to your YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the bot after a change means accepting the updated policy.
